I am based in Walton-on-the-Hill and offer therapy sessions Monday to Friday, both in person and online.  Additionally, I provide Walk and Talk Therapy, a form of outdoor therapy that blends physical activity with the therapeutic process. 

I offer weekly sessions, which last 50 minutes between 9 AM – 7 PM, depending on the day and our availability.  

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss how we might work together. This no-obligation conversation allows us to explore whether therapy with me feels like the right fit for your needs.
