About my help

How I Can Help

My aim is to help you make sense of what’s troubling you, and together, we can work towards achievable goals that enhance your overall well-being. I aim to provide a non-judgmental space where you feel safe enough speak openly at your own pace to explore all parts of yourself. Our sessions will look at how your past, present, or even concerns about the future may be impacting your ability to live fully. Through greater understanding and self-compassion, you can start to make meaningful changes in your life.

How We Can Work Together

If you are near Walton on the Hill or prefer online therapy, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. During our initial consultation, we will explore your goals for therapy and how best we can work together.
If you feel ready to take that next step towards improving your well-being, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Together, we can create a path forward that feels right for you.

Practice Description: A Space for Exploration and Healing

Therapy is a space for self-exploration and healing, whether you’re addressing a specific issue or seeking deeper understanding of your life experiences. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, confidential environment where we can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that suits you.

Walk and Talk Therapy

For those who feel that traditional face-to-face sessions are too restrictive, I offer Walk and Talk Therapy. Conducted outdoors, these sessions allow us to engage in therapy while walking in nature, providing a calming, reflective context. This is a flexible form of therapy that can benefit clients who may feel more at ease in a natural setting.

Take the First Step

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, but it is a courageous step toward greater self-understanding and healing. Whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, grief, or relationship challenges, I’m here to support you in finding clarity and confidence. We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable, setting specific goals when appropriate.

What my clients say about me.

“Life before our sessions felt out of control and I felt completely lost in all emotions. Thank you for supporting me to find the light and pull myself out of my darkest moments.”

“Thank you for giving me a safe space to process my thoughts and find direction.”

“When I came to see you life was really tough, however within the space of three months, the world is a better place for me. Having someone neutral to talk to was amazing and so freeing. Strand by strand, my life stopped unravelling and the result has been a complete life again.”
